Common questions answered!
How do I know if my space needs renovation?
Signs include aging systems (outdated wiring, old plumbing), visible damage (cracks, water stains, deterioration), outdated layout or finishes, or recurring problems (leaks, electrical issues). We assess this during an inspection.
What if we discover hidden damage during renovation?
Common in older spaces. We assess during planning, but some issues only appear when walls/floors are open. We discuss findings, adjust the scope, and provide revised estimates.
Do we need to move out during renovation?
Depends on scope and duration. Minor cosmetic renovation (2-4 weeks) might allow partial occupancy. Major renovation (2-6 months) typically requires you to relocate. We plan this during the scope discussion.
Can we renovate while the property is occupied?
Limited occupancy possible with careful phasing and containment. Dusty work (demolition, flooring) requires partial relocation. We plan this with you.
Do you also handle post-renovation cleaning?
Yes. We include basic cleanup. Deep cleaning (post-construction detail cleaning) is available as an add-on.
